On the 21st of Dec, the beginnings of a historical duo began. A concert was held by Te Treebay in downtown Macon at 567. Electrifying the crowd with a unique combination of lyrics, they made a statement, a statement they knew all too well and elated the crowd. We are here and we aren’t going no where!! The two artist that make up Te Treebay, Sabir Muhammad and Jowin Okere have been rapping for a while but are just now starting to mature into the artisit they are meant to be. Creating and producing their own music, they have came up with hit songs such as "Corner Zero" and "Microwave Society", songs that we all can relate to and want to express. Creating songs that are instant classics, when they left the stage they left with fans. They are currently working on a new project and I have heard wind of possibly another concert during the summer. Me, and i'm sure many others, are waiting in anticipation for whats next.
